Church Leadership

We have two related groups of people in leadership at St Matthias:

Members of the Parochial Church Council (PCC)

Administrative, Consultative, Representative

Church Leaders

Direction, Vision, Pastoral Responsibility

It is a developing structure, as not all the areas are covered at the moment. Leadership here is not intended to be a 'top down', fairly remote affair. Rather, we are aiming to have people who are serving God, and His people while growing in relationships with each other.

Also we are attempting to show that every believer in Jesus has a personal relationship with Him, is able to hear from God, and so can play a part in seeing the church here be all that God wants it to be.
