Church Leaders

This group meets weekly. There are seven members. We spend time together on Tuesday evenings in prayer and discussion regarding the vision, direction, and pastoral care of the Church.

When we believe God is giving us fresh vision, directing us into some new area, or there is some issue that needs wider consultation, we share this with one or both of the other leadership groups. In areas involving vision, direction, and policy we share this first with the PCC. It is meant to be an inclusive process, based on relationship as well as information.
